Frankenstein and Closing Statements

For today's class, you will work with your groups to craft a closing statement that you will present in our final Mock Trial (tomorrow, Weds., March 7th, 2018). To help us warm up, please read "The Art of the Closing Statement." Then, watch the following clips and identify the parts the lawyer does well. Keep an eye out for the classical elements of rhetoric: ethos, logos, and pathos.
